Sophie Moleta : My Style of Sensual ( AU,rec.2002-2003)***
This nice 5-track album has vulnerable from whispery to more clearly expressed vocals with some vulnerability and fragility in them and a very personal expression, confirmed by simple minimal-dancing melancholic-romantic piano, and some minimum of cello. I especially like “Fineline”, but most tracks fit well itogether. "Midnite" sounds like a someone-left-alone moment, not wanting to wake anyone when recording this at night. "Equal" is somewhat equal to that, but more directly focused. "My Style of Sensual" speaks for itself. "10/10" has a beautiful kind of inner musical blues. I guess all tracks are late night inspirations, or at least they sound like it.*
* I was told afterwards this was exactly true.
